I realize that not every woman has the money or cares as much about fashion as I do; therefore, I changed the focus a little to encourage women like you and let you know there is a bright future for you but you have to stay strong and push through whatever it is you're going through. I'm telling you this out of personal experience. As far as, looking FAB on a budget goes my advice to you is to create a look book, by going through magazines and cutting out pictures of the styles you'd like to wear then find a barely worn second hand store with your book and try to find those looks you created. I don't always pay full price for anything. I have the patience of Job when it comes down to waiting for things to go on sale. I do shop at high end stores, but I wait for the stuff to get marked down to a price that is more reasonable. Also, try H&M they have cute clothes at low prices. I hope that helps.
